Contact us online by completing and submitting the box opposite and one of our account managers will follow up with a call shortly after.

Visit our Rolex watch dealer valuation centre and meet with our valuation experts
Our valuation experts are available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. It is best if you book an appointment but you are also welcome to just drop by.

QUESTIONS WE MAY ASK ABOUT YOUR WATCH

Make and model
The metal of the watch
Gents’ or ladies’
The watch’s condition
Whether you have the box and papers that came with the watch
Where it was purchased and how much was paid
Any further description that can be given – e.g. colour, date display, bezel

DELIVERY

Your Rolex watch dealer account manager will determine the most suitable method getting your watch to us.  We have found the Post Office to be the best option as it’s possible to insure goods and you will get a unique tracking receipt and your valuables are guaranteed to be with us by 9am the next day.  However, we can provide you with a pre-paid envelope with insurance.

VALUATION

After completing a valuation appraisal we will provide you with a formal cash offer.  If you choose not to proceed with a sale to us we will return your watch to you within the following 2 days, free and insured.

PROOF OF ID

We will ask you to provide us with proof of identification, which could include a driving licence, passport or utility bill.  This can be done online or by liaising with your account manager.

PAYMENT

Once the identification check is complete we will pay your cash across the same day.
